About the Job

Healthcarenz Limited is seeking empathetic and passionate Support Workers to join our specialist team. As a Support Worker, you will provide practical and emotional support to help clients achieve their goals and reach their potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow a personalized care plan to provide support to clients
  • Meal preparation and home management
  • Community outings and integration
  • Personal cares (showering, toileting etc.)
  • Bowel management stage 3, Manual Handling and Hoist transfers

Requirements

  • Full NZ drivers' licence and reliable transport
  • Desire to help and support others, achieving excellence in all you do
  • Previous healthcare or caregiving experience is desirable, although not essential
  • Excellent communication skills and flexibility to work alternative weekends
