As a House Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring an efficient and effective service is provided to the people we support in a community home. You will be working closely with your Service Coordinator to gain guidance and support in your role.

This position requires someone who is reliable, committed, and passionate about working with people. You will need to have experience supporting people with disabilities and/or challenging behaviours, as well as the ability to use a computer effectively, including programs such as Word, Internet Explorer, and email.

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising a team of support staff, organising and allocating rosters, and balancing general ledgers. You will also need to be fit enough for an active role that engages in sports, community engagement, recreational activities, and personal care.
