Hamilton, Waikato, New Zealand Spectrum Care Full time

We're looking for a highly skilled House Leader to join our team at Spectrum Care. This exciting role combines support work with the opportunity to engage, motivate, and develop a team of support staff in a community home.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team, with strong coaching and development skills. They will also possess effective report writing skills, be able to organise and allocate rosters, and have exposure to balancing general ledgers.

In addition to these key skills, we are seeking someone who can communicate effectively and supportively with the people they support, their families, and their coordinator. A driver's licence is also essential for this role.

Spectrum Care provides services for adults with intellectual and/or physical disabilities within our homes and out in their community. We offer 24-hour support, which consists of a rotating roster Monday through to Sunday. If you're passionate about supporting people to develop self-confidence and independence, and live their lives of choice, like any other, in their own communities, then we want to hear from you.
