As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for managing complex projects from start to finish.

Your primary focus will be on providing project management of Atellica Solutions implementations for non-automation/automation sites.

You will support other highly complex projects while collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure expectations are met.

  • Lead all Siemens and customer activities on IDN/consolidator & multi-site implementation projects
  • Coordinate conference calls and/or face-to-face meetings with all those involved on implementation projects
  • Drive all communication on projects both internally and with customers, keeping all parties informed and drive projects to maximum efficiencies
  • Provide formal presentations in front of large groups of Siemens personnel or customers
  • Influence without authority, in a matrix environment

Requirements:

  • BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years work experience in project management
  • Candidates located within the East Zone of USA are strongly preferred
  • Candidates who are proficient in both English and Spanish are preferred
  • Candidates with Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
  • Working knowledge of regulatory agency requirements specific to the clinical laboratory environment is a plus
  • Proven track record of managing external customer projects of various scale and complexity
  • Professional attitude, comfortable working in large corporate setting populated with diverse types of people
  • Previous experience with laboratory automation and informatics products preferred
  • History of managing projects within the healthcare and laboratory diagnostic arenas preferred
  • Willing to travel up to 25%
