We are a busy hospice service with a mixed urban/rural and ethnically diverse population. Our team is motivated by ensuring that our patients receive the care they need when and where they need it. As a palliative medicine specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients.

Your Responsibilities

You will work as part of a strong interdisciplinary team to provide palliative care services to patients in their homes, in our outpatient clinics, and through our Hospice at Home service. You will contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
