The Role
We are seeking an experienced Palliative Medicine Specialist to join our interdisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients with complex needs, working closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients with palliative needs
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Contribute to the education and training of junior doctors and healthcare professionals
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences
