Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Physician to join our team as a Workplace Wellbeing Physician. This role involves providing expert guidance and support in occupational health and wellbeing services, working closely with Health and Safety Advisors, Managers, employees, and Senior Leadership.
About the Role
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of individuals and organisations, providing comprehensive care and guidance to promote health and wellbeing in the workplace. As a Workplace Wellbeing Physician, you will be responsible for:
- Providing expert guidance and support in occupational health and wellbeing services
- Working closely with the occupational health and wellbeing team, Health and Safety Advisors, Managers, employees, and Senior Leadership
- Developing and implementing occupational health and wellbeing strategies
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve organisational goals
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of five years' experience in Occupational Medicine and a Fellowship in Occupational Medicine. Additionally, you should have a strong foundation in the field and a commitment to advancing your skills and knowledge in Occupational Medicine. We welcome applications from Medical Officers in Occupational Health, including Doctors with extensive experience in Occupational Medicine and Registrars on the Royal Australasian College of Physicians Australasian Faculty of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (RACP AFOEM) Training Program.
