We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Organisational Change and Transformation Specialist to join our team and support the delivery of our business transformation initiatives.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile projects that will drive significant change and improvement within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading the development and implementation of organisational change strategies
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritise business needs
  • Designing and delivering training programs to support organisational change

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.

This is a full-time fixed-term position for 9 months, with the possibility of extension. The salary range is $117,901 - $136,100 pro rata depending on skills and experience.
