The Role
As a People & Culture Transformation Specialist, you'll work closely with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals. The role requires a hands-on approach to delivering people strategies, driving change, and optimising HR processes to support long-term organisational success.
About You
You'll need a proven track record in HR, with experience in process improvement and change management. Industry experience in sectors such as retail, property, infrastructure, or construction will be beneficial. A solutions-focused, adaptable, and proactive approach is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Drive cultural integration and strengthen collaboration across teams.
- Lead process improvement initiatives, ensuring HR frameworks evolve with the organisation's growth.
- Support the implementation of a new HRIS system, embedding best-practice approaches.
- Provide expert guidance on change management, workforce planning, and leadership development.
