We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Mortgage Adviser Trainee at Nest Home Loans.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent service to clients and assisting them through the home buying process.
You will be responsible for guiding clients through the home buying process, creating home loan applications, and working with other team members to ensure smooth transitions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Guiding clients through the home buying process, including first-time buyers, next-home buyers, investors, and refinances.
- Creating home loan applications and submitting them to lenders.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure effective communication and workflow.
- Managing requirements for finance and settlement dates.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the process.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong desire to work in the financial services industry and assist clients in achieving their goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- The ability to negotiate on behalf of clients and close sales.
- Efficient time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Solid planning and organizational skills, enabling you to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office software.
Possession of the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential. We offer on-the-job training and access to relevant qualification frameworks to support your career development.
