The Calibraiton Process Lead is a key member of our team at Transcat, responsible for overseeing the calibration process and ensuring its accuracy and precision. As a Calibraiton Process Lead, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and take on additional responsibilities within the organization.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of technicians to achieve outstanding results
  • Developing and implementing process improvements
  • Training and advising lower-level technicians

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in commercial calibration, preferably with at least six years of experience
  • CCT or CMT certification
  • Expert knowledge in three disciplines (e.g., Electrical, Dimensional, or Pressure)

You will also need to demonstrate self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new skills related to calibration and calibration processes.
