Job DescriptionThe South Adult Community Psychiatric Service is a Community Treatment Team for individuals living in the Southern area of Christchurch. We offer assessment, treatment and support services to those struggling with mental health conditions.
You will work within a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with our clients, family/whanau, primary care, community supports and inpatient teams.
Responsibilities- Proactively engage with clients and develop effective rapport.
- Assessment, development of recovery plans and liaison with whanau and other carers.
- Must hold a Full Driver's Licence, current APC and have a Mental Health Nursing Scope of Practice.
- Competency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori or a commitment to starting your journey.
