About the Role

The Tangram Company is seeking an exceptional IT Service Desk Technical Lead to optimize our service desk processes, automate tasks, and improve team performance. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for developing the team's skills, reducing time spent on recurring tasks, and implementing data-driven decision-making approaches.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the IT Service Desk team in optimizing processes and automating tasks
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and customer satisfaction
  3. Analyze and optimize service desk workflows to reduce complexity and increase efficiency
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement
  5. Implement data analytics and reporting tools to inform decision-making
Requirements
  1. 5+ years of experience in IT service management, preferably as a technical lead or manager
  2. 2+ years of experience in team mentoring and leadership (preferred)
  3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  4. Experience with scripting and automation tools, such as PowerShell or Python
  5. Proficiency in service desk tools and ticketing systems
  6. Knowledge of business intelligence and reporting tools
  7. Demonstrated experience in process automation and optimization
  8. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
