About the Role

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our Supported Living team, where you will provide support to individuals with intellectual disabilities living in their own homes. Your role will involve assisting them to achieve their goals and aspirations.

This is a meaningful opportunity where you can be creative and make every day interesting for others. You will help them develop daily living skills, maintain relationships, participate in community activities, and navigate employment opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and be physically fit to support in various activities. A Full NZ driver's licence is also required.

We offer generous long-service leave entitlements and insurance benefits after two years of service. You will also be supported to complete Level 2 and Level 3 Certificate in Health and Wellbeing qualifications.
