The Manager Wellbeing will report to the National Manager Safety Health and Wellbeing, leading our comprehensive and nationally consistent safety, health and wellbeing programmes and initiatives. You will work closely with other leaders to foster consistent standards of practice and oversee training and education to strengthen our wellbeing culture.

This is a fixed-term position from ASAP through to 30 June 2026, requiring occasional travel across regions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of safety, health and wellbeing programmes and initiatives.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to a team of wellbeing advisors.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote consistent standards of practice and organisational wellbeing.

Requirements:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification and minimum 5 years experience in the wellbeing sector.
  • Proven leadership, mentoring and coaching skills.
  • Experience in supporting psychological wellbeing following exposure to critical incidents.
