About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Programme Manager to lead the delivery, creation, and maintenance of complex and critical programmes of work. As the Senior Programme Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring programme outcomes are aligned with our strategy, taking an enterprise view in your approach. You will work with key senior stakeholders, becoming a trusted leader and driving a culture of focus, enthusiasm, and momentum while ensuring any programme follows best practice.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage intricate, high-stakes programmes within diverse organisations.
  2. Work with and communicate at all levels of the organisation from delivery teams to programme sponsor, to the Executive.
  3. Liaise with complex multi-channel partners to drive systems integration, business process enhancement, and organisational change.
  4. Develop and maintain strong commercial acumen and analytical problem-solving skills.
