About the Job
We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced three waters Construction Programme Lead to join our team in Levin. This diverse role involves managing the full project lifecycle from pricing to successful delivery across the Horowhenua region. You will foster and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders including the local community.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle from pricing to successful delivery
- Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Provide leadership and guidance to your team
- Champion health and safety ensuring a safe work environment for all
- Identify and resolve risks and issues, ensuring timely project progress

Your Requirements
- 5-10 years industry experience with a minimum 3 years' experience specialising in 3 Waters
- Proven industry experience as a Project Manager or similar
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering
- Strong client liaison experience and passionate about building client relationships
- Experience managing project timelines and delivery successfully
- A strong focus on health and safety not just your own but your colleagues and the public
- A strong focus on cost control and quality outcomes
