About Your New Role

To lead the IT and Digital organization within the ANZ business, you will continuously develop and orchestrate the IT and Digital capabilities that are critical in underpinning the wider global business IT and Digital strategy.

You will be responsible for building, developing, and maintaining the IT strategic roadmap for the IT ANZ business, as well as leading internal technology projects for ANZ in close collaboration with customers and business units.

You will also coach and develop the IT and Digital team, driving digital transformation and working closely with global counterparts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining the IT strategic roadmap for the IT ANZ business

  • Managing the IT P&L and driving business process consolidation
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a passion for IT and digital transformation. You will have a Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline and a proven track record in senior leadership positions, preferably within a global matrix organization.
