Mōte Tūranga - About The Role

Join our dynamic marketing team as a Marketing Data Analyst, where you'll blend analytical expertise with creative thinking to drive campaign success for ANZ. This role is your opportunity to help deliver our marketing strategy by producing data for new campaigns, optimising existing ones and enhancing performance to create impactful user experiences. As a vital collaborator, you'll work closely with key stakeholders and the Marketing squad to ensure every initiative aligns with business goals and resonates with our audience.

Role Type: 12-month Fixed-term (parental leave cover)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Ōu Pūkenga? - What will you bring?

To thrive and excel in this role, you should ideally possess the following:

  1. Proven experience in SQL/SAS coding
  2. Proficiency managing, interpreting and performance tracking large sets of complex data
  3. Analytical capability, with the ability to understand new systems
  4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to consult and influence stakeholders
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking, with a passion for data-informed choices
  6. Financial Services experience is preferred but not a requirement.
