About the Role
We are seeking an experienced AWS Technical Advocate to join our team, supporting customers in navigating the complexities of cloud computing. As a trusted advisor, you will provide guidance on best practices, share knowledge, and collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Act as a technical liaison between customers and Amazon Web Services teams, providing expert advice on cloud architecture, security, and performance.
  • Conduct workshops, webinars, and training sessions to educate customers on AWS services, helping them maximize their investment.
  • Publish technical articles, blog posts, and social media content, sharing your expertise and passion for cloud computing with the global community.

About the Team
The AWS Support Engineering team operates on a follow-the-sun model, ensuring that customers receive 24/7 support from our global network of experts. Requirements
To succeed as an AWS Technical Advocate, you must have a strong background in cloud computing, with experience in administering and troubleshooting across DevOps/Deployment, Orchestration Management, Containerization, Configuration Management. A certificate, diploma, or bachelor's degree in Information Science / Information Technology, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field is highly valued.
