**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Investment-focused experience in property brokerage, real estate sales, or investment management.
  • A strong understanding of property investment strategies and a passion for the market.
  • Investment Advice Strand certification (on top of financial advisory licensing) to provide personalised investment advice.
  • A high-performance mindset with strong sales and closing ability.
