Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting essential reports, including client and Land Information NZ (LINZ) reports
  • Attending client meetings when required
  • Managing project programming and forecasting, including budget and programme management using MS Project and other tools
  • Assisting Senior Consultants with the acquisition, disposal & legalisation of land
  • Property administration and contract management
  • Maintaining data integrity through regular audits and updates to ensure a seamless delivery of work against time-critical deadlines for our clients
  • Setting up projects in internal and external systems
  • Assisting with property due diligence, investigations, and strategies
  • Coordinating property settlements
  • Attending to owner, advisor, and third-party cost claims
  • Monthly financial and operational reporting

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A background and interest in property, land, or legal-related administration
  • Experience working as an administrator within a property or legal environment
  • Contract management experience is highly beneficial
  • Excellent report writing skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • The ability to go the extra mile to ensure the highest of standards are delivered for all jobs
  • Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to take complex data and information and present it in a clear and concise manner
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • An intermediate level of Excel skills and knowledge is required
  • Experience in the use of SAP would be highly beneficial
  • Tech savvy with the ability to pick up and learn new software and technologies with ease
  • A full and current New Zealand driving licence
