About the Role
This 3-4 month contract position involves working alongside another Accounts Payable team member to maintain accurate records and develop positive relationships with stakeholders. Key responsibilities include end-to-end accounts payable processing, reconciliations of supplier accounts, and solving complex queries from suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end accounts payable processing
  • Reconciliations of supplier accounts
  • Solve various complex queries from suppliers
  • Support the wider finance team

Required Skills and Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years end-to-end experience in accounts payable is required, as well as proficiency in Technology One and Excel. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong organisational skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Benefits
This role offers flexibility with 3 days office-based and 2 days work-from-home arrangements. A competitive hourly rate of $27-$31 per hour is also available. Please note that this contract role has the potential to extend until December 2024.
