We're seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Process Specialist to join our Commercial Operations Team. As part of this role, you'll be responsible for processing all inbound transactions and resolving invoicing and credit exceptions.

You will work collaboratively with vendors and internal teams across FSNI to build collective knowledge, optimize performance, and improve efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing GRIR, claims, supplier statements, and parked document reviews
  • Migrating Inventory and Charge Through suppliers from paper format to electronic submission via the FSNI national exchange
  • Ensuring quality, managing risk, and driving performance and process compliance

To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong business acumen, high attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You'll also have a good understanding of SAP and experience working in a range of applications.
