The Role

We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant / Office Manager to support the CEO and Leadership Team in their daily activities and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional support to the CEO and Leadership Team
  • Manage general office administration, including ordering supplies and maintaining relationships with regular vendors
  • Assist with accounts and financial tasks, such as bank reconciliations
  • Offer HR support, including onboarding and offboarding processes, employee record maintenance, and international travel arrangements
  • Coordinate internal company events
What We Are Looking For:

We require a highly motivated individual with 3+ years' experience as a personal assistant in a tech or startup environment.

  • Knowledge of basic HR principles and practices
  • Familiarity with Xero, Asana, and Google Workspace (G Suite)
  • Aptitude for learning new software
