Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement fundraising strategies and plans to achieve donor growth targets
Research and recruit new donors to support our human rights work
Coordinate stewardship and engagement activities to nurture relationships with major donors, trusts, and foundations
Support the development of our bequest programme and manage grant funding applications
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have strong leadership skills, high emotional intelligence, and exceptional storytelling skills. An in-depth knowledge of relationship-based fundraising and experience in developing and implementing fundraising strategies and plans are essential for this position.
