Key Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  1. A Master's degree (or equivalent) in education, business, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of six years of proven experience in mid-to-upper-level business management.
  3. A strong understanding of education systems in the Pacific Area, particularly vocational and professional education.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  5. Strong cross-cultural awareness and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and the host country's language, both verbally and in writing.
  6. Demonstrated leadership, spiritual maturity, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  7. The ability to develop/build relationships and networks with church and community leaders, government departments, NGOs and educational institutions.
  8. A strong understanding of the Church organization, doctrines and principles, and Church leadership experience.
  9. Strong computer, analytical and creative skills, and strong public speaking experience. Essential and timely reporting to leaders and department.
