The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the academic department, leading a team of educators, and delivering high-quality education to international students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement academic programs that meet the needs of students and align with EF's educational goals
  • Manage and lead a team of educators, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
  • Collaborate with regional academic management to develop and implement new initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with all aspects of school accreditation and EF policies and procedures
  • Manage budgets for training and materials, ensuring effective use of resources
  • Work closely with the School Director to achieve school goals and targets for KPIs and student satisfaction
  • Oversee quality assurance of all academic matters, including recruitment, development, and evaluation of curriculum effectiveness

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Master's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field, or DELTA/Dip-TESOL certification. You will also require experience teaching English as a foreign language to international students, as well as academic management experience. A flexible approach to work, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are essential skills for this role.
