**Job Description**
We are looking for a Whanau Ora Navigator (Kaiarahi) to join our team. In this role, you will work with whanau to create and implement plans that promote positive outcomes for family growth, development, and wellbeing. Our Whanau Ora Kaiarahi foster strong relationships with whanau, enabling them to set and achieve goals that reflect their aspirations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support whanau in developing and implementing plans that promote positive outcomes
- Foster strong relationships with whanau, service providers, and other stakeholders
- Assess the needs of whanau and develop strategies to support them
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience in coaching and mentoring, and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people. You must also have a valid full Class 1 driver's license and be willing to undergo police vetting.
