The Intelligence Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality intelligence products to stakeholders at Ara Poutama Aotearoa, Department of Corrections.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the allocation of workloads and staffing to ensure the Intel team provides reliable, accurate and timely intelligence products to decision makers.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Leading and developing a team of intelligence staff
- Managing workloads and allocating tasks effectively
- Delivering high-quality intelligence products to stakeholders
Requirements for success in this role include:
- Demonstrated experience in intelligence, preferably with a focus on criminal and/or unlawful activities
- Ability to direct and manage a team to accomplish tasks and meet client expectations
- Leadership skills, including the ability to create and maintain a healthy team and build trust with clients
