Regional Manager/Construction Manager

They continue to think positive and have a strong programme of work with contracts for premium tenants of high-rise office fitout and refurbishments.

This is a company that is leading the way and offers a secure role within an enjoyable team working environment.They are now looking to identify a high achieving Regional Manager that can step into a leadership role taking ownership of the commercial and operational function as well as project management function facilitating the set-up of commercial operations in conjunction with a direct report into a National Director.
This role has the potential to lead into a shareholding/equity position pending the applicants desire and drive to be part of this business.Key components of this role involve:Taking ownership and management for the BOP/Waikato officeSetting up systems, working in with the Head Office to synergise and ensure systems are matchingGrowing a team, performance review and mentoringLeading tender preparationLeadership of project managers and site managersIdentifying commercial risksFurther reviewing, developing and implementing operating processes to identify opportunities to improve efficienciesAs an applicant, you have:10+ years of Senior Project/Construction Management and/or Commercial management experience either from a commercial main contractor with some interiors/fitout projects as part of your portfolio or an interiors contractor with a strong understanding of tendering and contract administrationA strong understanding and knowledge of the BOP/Waikato construction market dynamics, competition and contributing any networksHighly developed communication and interpersonal skills; you can manage and guide all staffA history of project delivery successStrong commercial instincts and are looking for your next challenge in a leadership roleA team player with an ability to work with a sense of urgencyThis is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Construction leader looking to identify a business that offers security into the future, potential to grow your earnings and be part of a high energy vibrant team.Salary $180K - $230K + Vehicle + shares on offerRef: 129381Apply online for this role or contact Matt Shortt for more information.
