About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled caregiver to take on a leadership position and inspire a team to deliver exceptional support services. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and motivate your team to assist people with disabilities to live as independently as possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Activities and Community Integration
    • Design and implement meaningful activities at home and in the community to promote independence and social interaction.
  • Household Duties and Personal Care
    • Manage daily household duties, including meal preparation and personal cares, to ensure a safe and healthy living environment.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Foster effective teamwork and communication among staff members to ensure seamless delivery of support services.

Requirements

  • Relevant caregiving experience, including personal care.
  • Ideal leadership experience or a genuine desire to develop leadership skills.
  • Able to tailor leadership approach to meet individual learning styles.
