Sales Description

The General Manager (GM) of New Zealand Sales plays a pivotal role in leading the NZ team towards achieving maximum profitability and growth. This role ensures that all sales and operational support activities align with the company's vision and values, focusing on developing plans and strategies to expand the customer base and capitalise on growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of the NZ growth strategy to meet sales goals and profitability targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create and implement a marketing strategy in support of sales.
  • Promote a culture of strategic solution selling, leveraging leading-edge technology.
  • Identify and mitigate strategic risks in the NZ market.
  • Understand global trends and market conditions to adjust the regional strategy.
  • Own the financial management of P&L for NZ, ensuring profitability and budget control.
  • Inspire and empower a high-performing leadership team.
  • Manage relationships with key channel partners, customers, and stakeholders.
