\The New Dunedin Hospital Project
\Our team has been awarded the Early Contractor Engagement Contract for the Inpatient Building, recognizing our depth of experience in delivering healthcare facilities across Australasia. This project will provide high-quality acute medical facilities, with 410 beds, 26 operating theatres, imaging suites and radiology. The building boasts a five-star Greenstar sustainability rating and incorporates the latest technology.
\Your Opportunity
\We are seeking a highly competent Site Administrator to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the project office. As the first point of contact, you will have exceptional phone manner and communication skills to create positive impressions for visitors, suppliers and our team.
\Key Responsibilities
\You will be responsible for scheduling meetings, taking minutes, organizing team events, maintaining office supplies and supporting the project management team where required. A strong background in administration or project coordination is essential, with experience in using Microsoft Office applications.
\Requirements
\We are looking for someone with:

- Competence in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint\
- 2-3 years' experience in administration or project coordination\
- Strong report writing and effective communication skills\
- A passion for compliance and reporting procedures, processes\
- Construction experience is an advantage\
