We are growing our team at Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand Lakes, Bay of Plenty, with an exciting opportunity for experienced Clinicians to join our Lakes Opioid Treatment Service (LOTS) in the Adult Community Mental Health & Addictions Service. About the Role
  • Provide specialist intervention for people to optimise recovery and quality of life as well as case coordination.
  • Ensure all inter-disciplinary referrals within the team are performed with consent from whaiora and their whānau (where applicable).
  • Work collaboratively with complementary internal and external partner organisations.

About You

The successful candidate will have experience in a community mental health and/or addictions environment and be able to work in close partnership with the Lakes community addiction providers.

We welcome applications from registered Nurses or other suitably qualified health professionals who are passionate about delivering holistic care and multi-disciplinary teamwork.
