The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving business growth. This role will also involve championing knowledge-sharing, supporting strategic decision-making, promoting change, and contributing to the development of organisational health and performance reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve organisational performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives and promote knowledge-sharing.
  • Monitor and report on business planning implementation, progress, and organisational risk.
  • Champion knowledge-sharing and support strategic decision-making through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Drive organisational change and promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, and organisational development.
  • Skills:
    • Expertise in business planning, performance metrics, and reporting on organisational health and risk.
    • Proficiency in managing projects and driving organisational change, particularly at the executive level.
    • Strong ability to coordinate across departments and effectively communicate complex information.
    • Skilled in analysing data to support decision-making and addressing strategic challenges.
    • Capability to lead cross-functional teams and promote knowledge-sharing to achieve strategic goals.
