We're seeking Development Engineers (various levels) to join our Technology Development team within the Business Unit Gasketed Plate Heat Exchanger (GPHE). In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for scouting and developing breakthrough technologies that address new and existing challenges in the field of heat exchange technology.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Scout and develop cutting-edge technologies that push the boundaries of what's possible.
- Work across internal teams and engage with external partners to drive innovation and progress.
- Manage projects that redefine the future of heat exchange technology.
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need a degree in mechanical engineering or similar. You should have experience in innovation and technology development, as well as proficiency in 3D CAD and project management.
