**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced leader to drive our Sales & Retention strategy, focusing on revenue growth and expansion into enterprise-sized clients. This role requires developing a comprehensive sales strategy, leading a high-performing sales team, and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop a multi-channel sales strategy to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients, partners, and resellers.
- Lead and manage a sales team to deliver results, providing coaching, training, and performance management.
- Identify new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, customer acquisitions, and market expansion initiatives.
**Qualifications**
The successful candidate will possess:
- At least 10 years of senior sales management experience in the NZ ICT industry.
- A strong network of IT business contacts, excellent reputation, and solid references.
- Proven commercial acumen, professionalism, and customer experience focus.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
