This role offers a unique opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Payroll Coordinator and contribute to the reputation of our finance group as an effective, high-quality, and responsive function.

About the Position:

You will be responsible for ensuring all day-to-day payroll activities are processed in an accurate and efficient manner, related systems are maintained and up to date as well as maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and organisational policies.

You will also need to be confident in calculating our weekly commissions and monthly and quarterly bonuses.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the Payroll system and maintain a strong relationship with our payroll system provider (Datacom).
  • Deliver accurate and timely payroll services.
  • Accurately calculating and making payments of weekly commission, monthly and quarterly bonuses.
  • Timely processing and reconciliation of commission and bonus clawbacks adhering to company policy.
  • Accurately and efficiently process weekly wages & salary and month-end related payroll journals in BC.
  • Provide support during the implementation of new systems and processes.
  • Build positive and effective working relationships.
