About the Role

We are looking for an Operational Improvement Manager to join our team in Wellington. As a key member of our Development Data and Systems Team, you will be responsible for driving positive change across the world by developing, managing and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise employee engagement in our new Programme and Activity Management System.

You will maintain and execute the Change Management Plan, including stakeholder engagement and communication plans, and manage a Leadership activation plan to ensure leaders are prepared for the change. Your experience in deploying process and system changes in complex environments will be invaluable in this role.

This is a fixed-term position, running through to 30 April 2026, based in central Wellington. You will be part of a diverse team supporting the New Zealand International Development (IDC) Programme.
