Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Waters Projects Coordinator to lead our projects in the Horowhenua region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle from pricing to successful delivery. This includes fostering and maintaining collaborative relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders including the local community.
You will provide leadership and guidance to your team, ensuring smooth project execution. Champion health and safety ensuring a safe work environment for all. Identify and resolve risks and issues, ensuring timely project progress. Maintain a strong focus on quality, delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle from pricing to successful delivery
- Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Provide leadership and guidance to your team
- Champion health and safety ensuring a safe work environment for all
- Identify and resolve risks and issues, ensuring timely project progress

Requirements
- 5-10 years industry experience with a minimum 3 years' experience specialising in 3 Waters
- Proven industry experience as a Project Manager or similar
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering
- Strong client liaison experience and passionate about building client relationships
- Experience managing project timelines and delivery successfully
- A strong focus on health and safety not just your own but your colleagues and the public
- A strong focus on cost control and quality outcomes
