Job Overview:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Maintenance Person, working on a casual basis across our sites.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Performing a range of maintenance tasks and repairs as required
  • Liaising with external contractors, staff, and residents
  • Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with the Building Code and compliance requirements

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous trade experience
  • Knowledge of the Building Code and compliance requirements
  • An understanding of Health and Safety principles
  • Reliability and self-motivation
  • The ability to think outside the box and resolve problems effectively
  • An approachable and friendly nature, with excellent communication skills
  • Great organisation and time management skills
  • A good level of physical fitness
  • A clean NZ driver's licence
  • Eligibility to work in NZ
