Our client is looking for a dedicated Refinish Operations Support Specialist to provide operational, technical, and training assistance across multiple locations within our automotive refinishing business. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in vehicle repair and a demonstrated ability to implement and uphold industry processes.Key ResponsibilitiesHands-on tasks including paint mixing, surface preparation, and painting to meet site-specific requirements.Regular maintenance of equipment such as spray guns, UV & IR lamps, gun-wash machines, and color matching tools.Conducting monthly site audits to identify and address concerns related to safety, processes, and overall operations.Ensuring strict adherence to standardized repair procedures and enforcing compliance among site staff.Delivering training both on-site and at training centers, including one-on-one sessions, staff assessments, and pre-employment evaluations.Skills and ExperienceAt least 5 years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced vehicle repair environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization.A strong focus on enforcing processes is essential.Excellent planning and organizational capabilities.A deep understanding of market and customer requirements.Knowledge of labor productivity and its impact on profitability.If you believe you are a qualified professional for this role, please click APPLY now or email: ****** to schedule a confidential discussion.
