Job Description
\As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and contributing to the delivery of high-quality safe and sustainable care to patients. You will work closely with the Women's Health Service and liaise with other multi-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
\The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' operating room experience, exceptional interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership teams.
