Rwr Health is a purpose-built facility designed to provide a warm and friendly environment while delivering the highest levels of clinical innovation and care. Our goal is to identify an Operation Theatre Nurse who is excited by the prospect of stepping up into a leadership position or bringing their existing knowledge and experience to a new environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead a passionate team of Theatre Nurses across multiple specialities
- Act as the clinical expert for the team and provide guidance and support to enhance patient outcomes
- Play a key role in the growth of new staff via recruitment and development
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong experience as a theatre RN scrubbing for a variety of surgical cases
- Some experience supervising services and/or people
- Excellent coordination and delegation skills
- A positive attitude and professional maturity
