We are seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse with mental health scope to contribute to our acute inpatient unit. The successful candidate will work within a multidisciplinary team providing high-quality care to consumers experiencing complex mental health needs.
About the Role:
- Provision of extended assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services to adult acute service consumers.
- Teaching skills to support illness management and promote independent living.
- Support development of structure and meaningful routines for consumers.
About You:
- Registered with the Nursing Council of New Zealand with a current APC and mental health scope.
- An interest in Safewards and training in the Collaborative Problem Solving Approach will be provided.
- An ability to foster meaningful relationships and treat others with respect and support.
- Adherence to guidelines of Cultural Safety and the Treaty of Waitangi.
