Job Description
The successful candidate will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide assessment and treatment services for individuals experiencing mental illnesses. This role involves case management, risk assessment, and developing effective rapport with patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality care and support to patients and their families
• Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and manage complex cases
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
• Registered nursing qualification with current APC and mental health scope
• 2+ years of experience working within mental health services (ideally)
• Full New Zealand driver's license
• Knowledge of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and commitment to its principles
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships
