Position Overview

This position is responsible for supporting the onboarding of new customers to Accessit Library. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service principles and be able to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with new customers and project manage their onboarding to Accessit Library.
  • Organise and schedule a timeframe suitable to the customer and to Accessit technical and training staff for the implementation of Accessit Library.
  • Maintaining communication with the new customer to ensure the project stays on track.
  • Effectively manage and execute the data migration for each new site, up to installation stage.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Library and Information studies, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Foundational knowledge in programming languages.
  • Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to analyse and interpret data results.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to identify data patterns.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
