We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at The Wonderful Company. As a Desktop Support Engineer II or III, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our employees across various locations in Auckland and Tauranga.

Key Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues, including OS troubleshooting, network settings, and system configurations.* Provide expert support across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments, as well as Active Directory management.* Deploy and manage OS images with Windows Deployment Services, SCCM, and Intune for seamless system setups.* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve IT services.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.* Document solutions and contribute to knowledge base resources.

Requirements
* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.* 2-5 years of IT support experience for Desktop Support Engineer II, or 5+ years for Desktop Support Engineer III.* Industry certifications, such as A+ Certification, preferred.* Tech stack mastery, including Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, ServiceNow (ITSM), and enterprise IT tools.* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
