As a Senior Estimator at Cook Brothers Construction, you will be responsible for providing robust cost planning estimates, tender bids, feasibilities, and contract management. You will work closely with our National Pre-Construction Manager to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare tenders ranging from $500K to $20M+
  • Accurately measure and price builder's quantities
  • Manage tender documentation and bid submissions
  • Cultivate strong industry relationships
  • Analyse data related to land, buildings, or construction projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Construction Management (Quantity Surveyor – Construction Economics advantageous)
  • At least 5 years of post-graduation experience in commercial construction estimating for main contractors (tier 2 preferred)
  • Proven experience in measuring a variety of projects, including new builds and fit-outs
  • Proficiency with various estimating and project management software systems
